We are an independently owned and operated family business. I have worked in the construction and renovation industry since 1995. After retiring from the New York City Police Department, my wife, Grace, and I moved to North Carolina to collaborate in the pursuit of developing our real estate investment and renovation business. Grace focuses on landscaping and I focus on full-time home inspections. When I’m not inspecting, I’m usually acting as a general contractor for my own renovation projects.

There really is no such thing as a flawless house because all homes have inherent degrees of imperfections.
